wow... a ghostly experience... one of my many ghost experiences... and like most of my ghost experiences, i wasn't scared until the day after...

 so what exactly happened?

my friends and i were at this pool hall in marikina... we played about 16 rounds of pool and then joked around with the owner's daughter (who's so cute).  we stayed there till about 12:30 am then went to my friend's house to get his car so he can drive us home...

when we got to our village, my friend got curious about where this certain road led.  my other friend and i knew of course where it led... so we traversed that road and kidded around that we should go to the cemetary that was beside the road... and so we did...

 when we got there it was so freakin dark... so we decided to get the hell out of there because that part of the road was notorious for being a haven of criminals...

when we were maneuvering the car around my friend seated at the back suddenly went quiet... we figured he was just tired even though he was still energetic a few moments ago...

so we were going back to our village and the road we took was uphill (we live in rizal, so it's all uphill when goin to our village okay?) and i remarked that we(and the car) seemed heavier than usual and it stank like there was a load of crap in the car... we didn't mind the smell and we thought that the car was just complaining because its an old car(1976 Toyota Corona, restored).

while driving back to our village, we turned off our headlights and drove in the dark.  when we got infront of an abandoned building we stopped and looked at the building because it was still in good condition and it was for sale... this building used to be a resort so we figured that if the band got lucky and we became rich, we would buy the place and turn it to party central... it was way tricked out, about 5-6 stories high, swimming pool, kiddie pool (we could convert that into a jacuzzi) and alot of rooms...

so we were looking at the building with our lights out when two dudes in a motorcycle passed by and they were looking straight into the car and they were giving us hard stares (masama ang tingin sa amin) we didn't mind them...

so the night passed.

the next day, we hanged out in my friends house and suddenly, my friend who was driving last night remarked, "PARE KAGABI PALA MAY SUMAKAY SA ATIN KAYA PARANG BUMIGAT YUNG KOTSE!!!" (DUDE!!! THERE WERE HITCH HIKERS LAST NIGHT WHO HITCHED A RIDE WITH US THAT'S WHY THE CAR SEEMED HEAVIER!")

he told us he found out when he went to 7-11 that same night before going home and he met a friend who can see dead people told my friend, "uy pare may mga kasama ka pala".  my friend was shocked cause we were home already and he was alone in the car.  his friend told him that he had three male passengers and all of them had blood red eyes...

 creepy... and my friend who was seated at the back of the car last night also remarked, "KAYA PALA BIGLANG LUMAMIG SA LIKOD!!! PARANG NAGKA AIRCON!!!" (DUDE!!! SO THAT'S WHY IT SYUDDENLY GOT COLD!!! LIKE WE GOT AIRCONDITIONING!!!) and he told us that he suddenly felt crammed into the side of the seat like there were other people on board. 

scary... so that's why he went quiet suddenly...

ghosts hitched a ride with us without us knowing it...

and we were planning to go ghost hunting on our next trip with the whole gang... so this was a preview of what might happen...

and oh yeah... since my friend was seated at the back, he bragged to us that he would be the safest because the windows were busted and you can't roll them down... and yet he sat beside an unknown number of ghosts!!!

just restarted my exercise regimen...

 

after SIX MONTHS of being sedentary...

 

i've finally got the money to go back to the gym...

 

4 hours a day everyday... 

starting your workout again after 6 months is tough shit...

muscles ache like hell... you feel tired quickly...

 

but after about a week you start to feel better...

aching muscles start to stop aching... they just start to feel tight...

 you have more energy and you don't seem to get tired quickly...

you can do all your work and chores and still go to the gym and finish your program...

plus even if you don't go on a diet if you religiously follow your exercise program you're gonna lose weight...

 

after just a month and a half of doing my program (4 hours a day 2 major muscle groups everyday) i was complimented by my professors for having lost a lot of weight... and i didn't follow any specific diet...  i just increased eating fruits and vegetables... i also drank milk a lot... low fat milk that is...

also, some people tend to eat a lot more when they exercise but i found out that i react differently...  i noticed that i started to eat less at mealtimes... i felt full after only my usual first serving... i started not to get second servings... not because i was tired but because i just felt full and satisfied...

 

so... after two months... (now i'm going to diet to hasten my weight loss) i might lose my beer belly...

i need sleep...

 

been a tsr for almost three weeks now...

 

what can i say???

 

its nice... pay's good...  but it plays hell with your social life...

 

i really need my sleep... i miss sleeping during the nights and hanging out with the band during weekends...

 

and i think i'm getting fatter... hahaha... f*ck this Sh*t... i'm a f*cking dietitian and i'm working in a freaking call center!!! hahaha!!!

 

anyway... enough about that...

 

lets get back to the rockstar business...

 

we got a gig lined up for this halloween... october 31... 8 pm... i forgot where... don't know which songs to play yet... still deciding on it and waiting for the requests...  (question to self: are we going to get paid in this gig?)

that's why i'm working... to get money for making music... hahaha...
